Thanks Tiff, you make me feel its possible to start learning blockchain development. Just having a friendly and relatable person explain this in a fun way makes me feel its possible to learn. A blockchain job would command a sallary 3x the average in my country and would mean a new life.

any resources for ABSOLUTE beginners to programming? Seems quite tricky to start off with Solidity, as all of the ones I have seen seem to assume to know basic concepts and what the structure should be.

I once tried to develop smart contracts with Ethereum and Solidity. I could barely get going.

I remember trying to develop a SC that does polls, and while the app logic was easy for me, I could not get it to work. I planned having support for several kinds of polls, to be set when the SC is deployed.
