More saddened than surprised to see my nation of origin - Guyana - on this list, without question it's a fact of life as no part of our world is perfect, however, it's not a motive to attack people (tourists and fellow citizens) at all.

It looks like the governments are in a hurry to turn a blind eye and pretend criminal activity doesn't exist - sad for all concerned.
