If megalodon would still exist, you could probably eat it in some Japanese sushi place.

"What if Prehistoric animals were alive today?"
"Then they wouldn't be prehistoric would they?"

A meg tooth was found In South UK dated only 4000 years ago, that's after the ice age so lasted longer than we knew 😮

Imagine the amount of excitement people would have if any dinosaur species were found in Early Paleocene rocks, just 10 million years after they supposedly went extinct

I'd love to see a 13m snake wrap itself around a 19m shark enough times to get itself in a position to squeeze well enough. I'm guessing the 60-foot Meg was 30-foot around in circumference so the Titanaboa would only be able to wrap it once! Snakes need to be able to get a better grip to torque down enough to suffocate their pray, especially a beast like the Meg!

it would be really cool to see a meg in real life but even if the climate and the food was enough for them to survive im pretty sure orca's would hunt them to extinction pretty quick

I’d recommend the megalodon tartare as it’s one of our most popular appetizers. If you’re open to something new, you could also try the seared mosasaur if you wish.

Megalodons could still be around. I mean, only like 5% - 7% of the Earth's oceans have been explored. There could totally be some undiscovered tropical area they migrated to, in order to get away from humans. I mean, wouldn't you try to stay away from humans if you could? I sure would 😅

You labeled both the megalodon and the mosasaurus as apex predators of the ocean. So what if the two comes across each other, like King Kong and Godzilla?

If Tyrannosaurs Rex was still alive it would probably destroy humanity.

I think it's likely there are some species living in the ocean we just haven't discovered them. We still have like 95% of our oceans to explore😅😅

The only way we can "bring meg back" is to create a mechanical/robotic one with an A.I. brain all covered in real skin or life-like skin and flesh. Just throw it in an aquarium.

I don't care how big a megalodon was, it was no match for an 1100 foot ocean vessel carrying 7-8 thousand people. It would make the cruise lines more popular if anything!

if megladon was still alive, it would have evolved to look less like a great white and more like a slimmer, cold water shark probably. Scientists have actually found a fossilized tooth of a Megladon that was 14 thousand years old. If you thought you saw something that you thought looked like a megladon, it was probably a great white shark with gigantism, it's a condition only a few animals of one species would have, it's were they would probably grow 2x or 3x times bigger then the average animal of that species.
