I HAVE STARTED WALKING (fast!) FOR 3 months now. I started at 20 mins and now I walk for an hour or so with sprints in between. I feel proud of myself, my body is firmer and healthier. Fasting and sleeping are healing as well.

Seriously though, exercise does help A LOT. Even stretching will improve your health. Doing some small exercises in the morning could make your day a hell of a lot better.

It's fantastic if you're able to exercise due to chronic pain and fatigue, I would do it in a second. It's great advise if you're able to exercise.

that is exactly the catch. anyone can pop a pill, but not many people take the time and effort to do any exercise

Wonderful advice. You could have added one more thing that is free that would fit into this combination. That is exercise at noon with sunshine two to three times a week and most of us would never have to go to the pharmacy again. Thanks for your valuable suggestions Sir!!!

I have been working out almost everyday for the past year. I am 56 and I’ve lost over 40 lbs without dieting, I’ve gotten of my anti depressants which never worked but I had major withdrawals. Please listen to this Dr. and move your body. It is a life savor!!

So true. Began a exercise routine 3 months ago. Almost reduced all sugar. I’m at 137lbs from 155lbs. Rarely skip a day of exercises. Started with one push-up. So hard! Now I’m doing 40! Happier more energy! Just start. If I can do it You can too. I’m 72.

LOL. I though this might be a plug for Ozempic or something similar. It's true about exercise. I was about 60 pounds overweight when I was in my mid-thirties. I purchased "The Firm Volume 1" exercise video. I used it 2-3 times a week and lost those 60 pounds in 4 months. It was aerobic weight lifting. It was wasn't rough on my body like some 80s aerobics. Kicked my butt, but well worth it. I could eat anything I wanted, too. I do keto now. I feel great (in my 70s).

Exercise is very beneficial for so many of our body functions. I think a lot of people are really unaware of all it can do to improve your health.
