Automate your Infrastructure
Показать описание
Control dashboards, monitor metrics and define clusters. That's the essence of infrastructure automation.
Teams face a big challenge when it comes to managing their infrastructure entirely in the cloud. And it's not just limited to what instances are running–infrastructure encompasses everything from configuration, builds, and version control to deployments and monitoring. As the team grows in size, the problem of keeping everyone updated to changes, tests and deployments gets more and more difficult. Once you pass a certain team size, automating this configuration and keeping it recorded is the only way to deal with it effectively.
This talk lays out what needs to be done to have a single source of truth for your configuration, how to keep your teammates in-sync, and why Terraform is a great choice. The second part of this talk is interactive session with examples and scripts that will give a clear idea and understanding of our workflow.
