Another live project by Draw Plans Architectural Design Studio. This project was to upgrade the layout of a 1st floor flat in a Victorian terrace and to add value with a loft conversion. The property was converted to 2 flats in the mid 80's and was ripe for a makeover.

In the end we created architect plans for a mansard loft conversion which added 2 lovely bedrooms and another bathroom. The estate agents confirmed that the 2 extra bedroms were likely to add another £150k to the value of the property so with a build cost of around £40k the client was going to make a tidy profit.

Keep in mind that the key to the success of this project was the postcode. The property is located in East Dulwich South London.
