The engineering & case design is somewhat interesting and different. Is the mobo in the vidoe the the I5, as I would have not expected the N100 to have a fan? Cooling for the CPU would concern me as the CPU fan will tend to just circulate air in that chamber and the fans below look like they will primarily service the HD's and not do much about airflow in the top chamber that doesn't appears to have fans.
