Building LEGO Pandora from EVERY Avatar Set

Today, with the release of the Re-Master of Avatar in theatres, I thought we'd sit down and take a look at combing and connecting all of the Avatar sets to build LEGO's design for Pandora! Check out the chapters to hop around the different parts and connections in the video!

It's actually BEAUTIFUL! I could never buy a whole wave of set but maybe just one. Maybe. Maybe their trying to do the Harry Potter thing with these and the upcoming waves.

Common mistake. The makto part refers to one who rides the beast so that is just called a Toruk.

Woahhhh, I can't believe the even included the consciences transfer play feature. I think these sets are by far some of the best and most developed I've seen from lego in a while

I love, love, love when LEGO does things like this! Having little side builds that connect for a backdrop for your figures is always awesome, and these look very pretty all together.

One thing I'm curious about though, is how often has LEGO done this? And I don't mean things like Ninjago Master of the Mountain or The Hogwarts Castles where the whole line of sets are modular and heavily advertised. I don't mean one off events like The Ghost and The Phantom from Star Wars were two sets combine. I mean secret but widespread things like this were side/background builds create a scene across a collection. Essentially giving you a bonus set if you collect them all. Off the top of my head:

Jurassic World: Dominion --- The dinosaur black market.
Monkey Kid --- City of Lanterns' expansions.
The LEGO Batman Movie --- The power/chemical plant.
Life On Mars --- This one isn't quite what I'm talking about, but you could combine the main base and three of the mech sets to create a tube network. That's more of vehicles decorating an existing build, but it's close to what I'm looking for.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom --- Might have had something? Am I having a Mandela effect or could you build out the mansion's basement or something?

Are there more than that? Non-modular lines that have modular side elements? There's gotta be! I should put together a list some time.

I hope this is something they keep doing. It adds so much extra value to full collections and makes things so much easier to display.

Neat how LEGO specifically added parts to connect the world builds together. Reminds me of the old Star Wars Jabba’s Palace set with places for the two smaller sets to connect to it.

I just started to think about the long legs and how that would be amazing for groot now, it’s not to big, bigger than normal figs and would still fit in spaceships, we already have a head mold too

I think a fifth set that was just plant life maybe some horses and unnamed avatar plus humans to add to the world of these sets would make them amazing

I hope lego releases the helicopter and the mech separately with some normal soldier. I think they would be cool display pieces even for non avatar fans
