This is great stuff. "I don't think there's ever a context where you actually need to explain what you do in 10 seconds, ever - in a way that would actually lead to anything."

There's also a very basic features vs. benefits theme here. Why is the feature useful to a particular type of customer? This seems to have fallen by the wayside in most marketing in the past few years.
