I started watching Sorted when I was 12 years old and I just turned 24, that means I've been watching Sorted for half my life!!! How crazy is that? Thank you guys for being the spark that turned me into a massive foodie and for being such a constant source of comfort and inspiration over so many years :)

I want to let you know that Sorted has changed how I cook in a rather odd way… I now talk myself through what I’m doing! I don’t use the app but only because many of the ingredients will not be available to me because of where I live. Or it they are the cost is way out of my budget.
However I have found that telling myself what ingredients I’m going to use, the order I’m going to use them, and the cooking process I will use has really made a difference!

Seeing Sorteds journey over the last 12-13 years have been amazing. I started watching as a wee Swedish lass way back when to learn more about cooking. I tried the packs app in that reiteration and I used to use the sorted recipe website as well waay back. These days I still take loads of inspiration from sorted food in my weekly mealprep and cooking, be it flavourparings, recipes or technique. You have played a huge part in my journey with food and cooking to the extent where I now have people in my daily life looking to me for recipes and inspiration (and I always recommend you guys). Big, big, BIG thank you for all of these years, and big good luck going forward in your new space!

I started watching Sorted as a teenager, still in school and hardly cooking at all. Now as I am finishing up my Master's degree, having moved out and have developed a love for food and cooking! And sorted has stayed with me through it all!

I am amazingly happy for you all that you found yourself an amazing studio to film in, and that you are realizing your dreams.
It really did turn out beautifully and you guys should be proud of yourselves. After this many years making a name for yourselves on youtube you definitely deserve to get all you want and all you need in order to make your dreams come true even further.
Having said that, after having watched quite a few videos from the new studio, I find the audience very jarring. Maybe it's something I need to try and get used to, and I really hope that's the case, because so far it pulls me out of the video every time they laugh, cheer, clap, or otherwise make themselves known. The behavior of the people in the kitchen also changes the moment there's a live audience involved, and it feels even more like acting than it did before. I know it's all acting obviously, you're cooking with a camera in your face, but this adds another layer of 'I gotta play it up for people' and I'm not sure it's making things better.
Who knows, maybe this gets worked out over time and it won't be much of an issue anymore, I know I'm far from the only one with these thoughts, I read them below any video with audience involved. Because of the 'everything we do starts with you' mentality I figured I am allowed to state out my worries.

Congratulations! It's nice to see the people behind the scenes. The audio didn't bother me as much as it apparently did some others, but I have good hearing and used to work in noisy environments, so my tolerance is high.
