What a cliche. After showing all the benchmarks in favor of 1235U and concluding with a gaming performance on both of them your ultimatum is go for the P variant then you are duffer as hell. U series are not build for gaming, because gaming laptops' CPUs are usually over clocked to render more power to produce high FPS. From your benchmarks it is very clear that multi-core perfomance is better which clearly translates that video related tasks would do descent on U variant and programming, multi-threading, background task management would do great on U variant and day to day tasks. P variant is especially for low key gaming and rendering. H series is especially focused on high level video rendering (longer videos and multi-layering) and streaming and AI training. A lot needs to be improved.

you forget to mention one thing when we want for office laptop 1235u is better as it saves lot energy compared to 1240p. office usage of 3-5 softwares with 5-7 browser tab required then i5 1235u is better. dont go on different batch marks in normal task you dont feel any difference between the same ..

That 15 Watt and 28 Watt is TDP not battery life. It means the amount of power it draws . It signifies which is more powerful. Do your research properly
