The dessert would most likely be the best biome in the game only if it had a new update adding oasis’s and new food and plant life. Maybe someday.

Minecraft keeps adding new biomes and mobs, I would really like it if we got to update some of our old mobs and biomes instead of making new ones, it will give a lot more value to the mobs we have right now, and instead of constantly searching the world for the new biomes, we can look at the more common ones that people usually ignore
