HOW TO MAKE BISCOTTI | BISCOTTI RECIPE

Hey Peeps! Today I am sharing with you this amazing cinnamon vanilla biscotti to show you this treat is simple to make, and you probably already have most of the ingredients! Biscotti is simply a twice-baked cookie, that was used in Ancient Rome, when travels to other cities took days and there were no mini fridges along the way. Twice-baking the cookie pulls out all the moisture, therefore giving it a long shelf-life, as well as making it virtually mould-resistant. However, this treat is now dunked in our steaming hot lattes at fancy coffee shops, but i am telling you it is not hard to make!
