I love to listen to Mary Ruddick! I heat with wood, and feel so good looking into the fire. I had heard it did no good, compared to sunlight, but I never believed that! Thanks, Mary!

Traditional miso made with sea salt and a long ferment is a good option. Be careful when selecting a miso that it is made the traditional way. Many miso’s today are made with NaCl only and the process has been shortened to make it more cost effective.

I’d love to know more about how magnetics impact those with a higher iron load in tissues. I’ve been looking in to Ireland and eastern Europe which is my husband’s ancestry. I have been looking for info on the mineral and deuterium content of the water. On his paternal side he is from the area of Ireland where there are bogs. The bogs are quite interesting.

The earth is like a plasma ball. Earth, Jupiter, and Saturn have visible electrical aurora that connect them to the universe. Trees have a measurable electric current that flows up their trunk and into space. Jefferson Lab channel has a great video called, Lightning Rods

There's a difference between glutamate and monosodium glutamate and this distinction needs to be mentioned.

She is just repeating what so many others have said. Her "smile" seems superficial, in my opinion. Sad, people riding on the coat tails of others. What are her credentials? Is she a biologist? What history is she referring to? What illness?
