the black maine coon has all the usual traits of a Maine Coon. Totally relaxed, not bothered by much, intelligent, and not intimidated by a larger cat.. I had 5 Maine Coones at one stage, sadly 4 have passed but still have one left they are beautiful cats and that Caracal is stunning also.

Всегда замечал, что мейкуны выдут себя крайне хладнокровно и спокойно кто бы перед ними не стоял. Величественная и бестрашная порода.
У меня овчарка, а у друга дома мейкун, помню как то собирались погулять он попросил меня за ним зайти. Я пришёл к нему и с собой рекса взял погулять. Зашли к нему на порог пока он одевался. Мимо меня и моей собаки прошёл мимо его кот, даже не посмотрел на нас будто нас не существует))

I swear house cats are both equally brave and weirdly afraid of nothing, you can put a cucumber on the floor and they'll FREAK OUT, you put a big wild cat in the same room and they just sniff them and walk away like it's not a big deal xD
