I'd love to listen to a longer (1hr?) video about this! There are a lot of introductions to JTBD but when you come to apply it, there are lots of little challenges. Would be great to hear your experience!

Good overview and insightful regarding Moesta's approach!👏

But regarding Ulwick's ODI approach, you have COMPLETELY oversimplified his approach😅
