As a complete synthesiser noob (and just one year piano playing) I discovered this short but amazing Intro to Synthesis and I think it is brilliant, so thank you. Always wondered what those Attach, Decay, Sustain and Release knobs did and Justin explains it (and the other topics) so well. Going to be sad 😢 when I watch the last part of this series but just the beginning of my journey into synths. I'd better start saving 🤣

I try to hold on to every word so i dont forget what i just heard 5s ago. But i think i understand the decay. Its the length in which the sound dies down. Sustain is the ability to slow down the decay while decaying. If we dont want slow down just dont have the sustain on. Okay in my own way i have understood this. Thank you sir!!
