Britax marathon carseat rattle! Customer service says this is normal.

We have two britax marathon car seats - one in each of our vehicles. They rattle like crazy. I contacted customer service, who requested a video.

I sent them this video of the car driving down a typical surface road, and they responded that it’s normal operation and that a new seat (ie replacement seat) would do the same thing.

GTFO. I’m in these two seats for $700 and I have to listen to this crap rattle everywhere I go for the next 5 years?

Absolutely terrible quality and customer service. Hope this helps you make a decision if you’re considering their products.
