I guess what I don’t understand is interest rates are much lower than what they are paying with is much less than what they are charging. Why wouldn’t these institutions borrow from a bank? They could get a lower rate I’m sure of it.

Is it worth taking 25 percent of profits in Celsius CEL tokens? The benefit is what, an increase from the 5 percent I get on btc, up to 6.25 percent?

I'm struggling to see that it's worth missing out on getting that extra BTC or ETH and being ready for next bull run.

Nexo is no longer offering the same rates because the SEC came after them. However, they are honoring the people who were already using their platform.
