The Artillery losses have been quite significant lately. UAF are certainly honed in in counter battery operations!
The losses of equipment per day is having a major affect as these numbers can't be replaced at the same rate of loss.

Who could possibly have predicted that Russia would not agree to a ceasefire!?? Oh wait, loads of us did... Russia might come back to the negotiating table this coming autumn/winter *_if_* Europe ramps up its military support or perhaps when Ukraine starts regaining significant lost territories.
