This might be 'the' Haken song, the one that best comprises all of their key elements. The heavy, relentless riffs, dynamic changes, cryptic lyrics, eclectic influences and not to mention an amazing, god tier melodic chorus.

I may not know everything about music. But this song (and the album as a whole) is a fucking masterpiece. This particular song is perfect in every aspect, in my opinion. 12 minutes of pure greatness and talent combining 6 amazing musicians performing exactly as they have to. This song is perfect, I repeat, and it's not easy to find a song like this one. Haken are fantastic. Point.

That’s what I got introduced to when I was waiting for the new Tool album for over a decade. My dad said ‘Since Tool is quiet for years try this’ and oh boi! Haken is it’s own genre just like Tool and I freaking love every bit of it ❤️

Incredible songwriting. The entire composition. But the section beginning at 5:59 is gorgeous. That haunted omen of the lingering 3rd and its semitones along with the counter melodies in the vocals as it intensifies are genius.

Guys, am I the only one pissing himself at 11:22 during the gran finale crescendo (that starts at 11:01), when the 8 strings guitars drop down completely??
