I never trim ribs but I do like the way you peeled the membrane off. Made it look easier than the way I was taught

Heath, my Costco baby backs always seem to have these “floater” bones or knuckles right above the rib bones on one side (Swift brand) what is that and should I be trimming those out? Great tutorial!

Never see baby back’s anywhere close to that size in DFW area. Hey Heath you get those from 3 Mile Island or Chernobyl??? 🤣
