That’s how friendly an officer should be but unfortunately the ratio is just 1:1000 in Kerala or even more . Hope to see more officers like this in Kerala so everyone will be happy.

One thing I noticed staying in southern part of India. Some of the Policemen in the south are fit compared to North Policemen.
