How to Freeze Broccoli // Lock in flavor, color and nutrition when storing broccoli (or cauliflower)

We grow all the broccoli we eat for a year so we need to freeze and preserve our broccoli (and cauliflower). Here is how we easily lock in the flavor, color and nutrition of broccoli when we preserve it.

We actually trim, peel & slice the broccoli stems & eat them along with the florets--also the smaller leaves--delicious!

i like the idea of saving broccoli for later. i didn't know you could do that by freezing it that way. i'll have to give that a shot, as soon as my broccoli harvest comes. ;)
