I can relate. Being stuck in a public bathroom is absolutely horrifying.

I’m only shy because at my school people would literally knock on the stall and say “who’s in there”. And if you don’t answer you have to come out eventually and then they could easily make fun of you. Even if you don’t know them.

I feel your pain about those art history classes. I do NOT miss those (and my school required SO MANY art history classes! Regular art history, AND art history for your specific art major. And they were all windowless, hot, and monotone :P I don't know how anyone passed, including myself)

Fun story that this video reminded me of if you care at all:
In 3rd grade we had a bathroom that most everyone agreed was haunted. I once had to go into said bathroom during class. I go to open the stall door to get out and it wouldn't open. Like, at all. My small and frail 3rd grader body tried desperately to get it open without damaging anything in the process. But nope. It stayed shut. I waited for about 5 minutes until someone came in to find me. It was also a 3rd grader and she couldn't get the door either. At this point I was contemplating just crawling under the door and onto the disgusting floor. We had to a teacher to try and get it open. She couldn't even get it. So, I defeatedly climbed under and got out. Everyone for the rest of the school year would say it was the ghost to scare me and strike up rumors. Some even said I should've been sucked down the toilet but I was just lucky. 3rd graders are funny, right?

I can relate. Same thing happened to me in collage. I went to the bathroom stall of the older part of the gym to change for my kick boxing class. The stall door got jammed and me having social anxiety was mortified if someone saw me stuck inside or worse one of the guys in my class would have to pry the door open. I got desperate and used the clothes I just changed out of to cover the floor to crawl out from under. I got out and picked up my now nasty clothes just seconds before a group of girls could walk in.

Wow, I must’ve hit the lottery when it came to art history teachers. I was taking an AP art history class in my final year of high school, and I didn’t find any of the topics we covered boring at all. Except maybe when we got to Christianity since I hadn’t been brought up on the doctor in as a little kid.
I swear, when Dan was stuck in the bathroom stall, I got to thinking of that horror game Misao who was assaulted in a bathroom shortly before one of her teachers killed her. Scary stuff.

I have a similar story but it was when I was like 5 or 6 and I went to the bathroom by myself for once, that time just so happened to be when someone decided to lock it from the outside and I start yelling for someone to help while balling my eyes out, and finally some Saint decides to yell back and remember the exact words to this day, she got my mom and I eventually got out

In my campus, there are 6 floors in our building, and I only use the bathroom on the 3rd floor and above. The most frequently used bathrooms are on the 2nd floor since that's where the most active classrooms are, with the upper floors having less scheduled classes, meaning the upper floors are gonna be less used and therefore more clean.
