Ever since their foundation in 1997, the art of remixing has been extensively exercised by the three Trüby Trio members; Rainer Trüby, Roland Appel & Christian Prommer.

Amalgamating different flavours like brazil, latin, boogie, tech-house, electro, drum & bass or even disco has led to the guys being inventors of a wholly new dance genre.
The idea of compiling and releasing the up till now vinyl only Trüby Trio remixes on CD has been spinning in Compost heads for some time already. But it wasn't enough for the Trio nor for Compost because nobody wanted to chart with "the old stuff". So keeping it fresh, updated and more complex was the aim because if the Trio's handling with styles, musical barriers are excluded!
And with names like Little Louie Vega, Whignomy Brothers, Yam Who, Nickodemus, Fabrice Lig, Una Bombers, Gucciman Daniel Klein, Guillaume Boulard and many more you can make sure that only the best representatives of their styles have passed the selections. Wet paint!
The second paintwork was done by Rainer Trüby himself on the nonstop Bonus Mix CD, related to their „Elevator Music“ concept. Music not to drive by! And boy, you've got lots of remix highlights neatly wrapped in that musical package. Let alone Guillaume Boulard: When the Trüby Trio was playing the white label of his remix, people were wondering about which whiz kid has come up with this burner. And in the end mixes by Gucciman or Whignomy Bros will leave a burnt mark on dancefloors. Please do take notice that not all tracks on the CD were available on 12“ before!!!
