3.Click "yes"
4.Wait until format ends

My Dad who is 88 and can only operate this type of phone was having an issue with “SIM locked SOS only” despite getting a PUK Code from the operator that didn’t work and a new SIM card that again didn’t work, simply following this video did the trick. Thank you very much GSM-ABC 👍
