Isometric Chin Tuck and axial elongation for cervical stability

This exercise is for IMPT patients. This is for cervical stability to decompress the brachial plexus and improve cervical spine posture. This can be done in supine, sitting, and standing. Keep the pressure very light and hold for 20-30 seconds. Do not provoke pain or any symptoms when doing this exercise and please always consult with your physician before beginning any new exercises. This is adapted from the Institute of physical art.
