This obv doesn't one shot a vampire with full blood (it is what it is) and it will only be true if they don't have any counters or I-frames.
Also people saying it only works against lag, I'm pretty sure the snapping back happens either way, and you can just walk next to them for btd. (Gameplay is sloppy because it took me 20 min to land this in 1v1's cuz of lag)
Ok after further testing, you can't stack 2 plant bombs, you can do sha or bomb leap instead and dmg should be almost the same, like 5-10 dmg diff.
