I need to do like 5 emails but they connect to each other, not connected to the internet.

which mean they will send to each other but they cannot sent to any other email.

An SMTP relay is both a client and a server. In what way is your IIS SMTP relay less capable than the comcast one? This is confused.
You could simply input your Comcast credentials into your testing software and it would do the same so what was the point of installing the IIS SMTP in the first place?
