Eucalyptus Bedtime Sound Bath for Congestion | Singing Bowl Meditation Music | Sinus Headache Sleep

As a sequel to our Lavender Sound Bath, we've created another scent-based sound bath experience, this time with Eucalyptus. This sound bath was designed to help us get through the colder months as chilly air flows in, bringing on the start of cold & flu season.
Eucalyptus is known for it's incredible ability to clear congestion when its vapors are inhaled as well as its anti-microbial properties. These healing qualities make this plant the perfect aid in clearing up our congestion. Grab your raw Eucalyptus or throw some essential oil in your diffuser while you take some deep breaths and join us for this cold clearing sound bath.
