My dad introduced me to Annette’s tv interview 11 years ago. He tried to follow this same lifestyle as much as he could. He discovered her late in life but ended up living to 85 with end stage kidney disease after implementing some of her ideas. Thank you Annette for helping add years to my dads life we may not have gotten otherwise and Happy Birthday to you Queen! You are leaving a wonderful legacy behind. Happy Earth Strong Sister Annette!
I just celebrated 70, and attribute my great health to daily swimming 1.5 miles and running the same distance in the water at the beach in the Virgin Islands. Although I am not totally raw, I have been on a plant based lifestyle since the age of 14. I also practice simplicity in my life; no drama.
