Ao Oni is directly based on a videogame monster of the same name. But i do not think the videogame Ao Oni can do that, just turn people into more Ao Onis.

By the way, there's a glitch with A-Oni where if you go up against a corner of any wall, if you throw a person at the right angle in that corner, you can throw them outside the map (and also sometimes throw yourself out). But anyways, I'm excited that a new massive update out in SAKTK!
