They didn’t patch the oil extractor glitch

I've posted this before on other vid's, at the triple Hexolite spot, if you stand with your back to the nodes pull out ether the metal detector or a smokie (or both) and walk along the edge there is a Chromite spot not fare from the Hexolite. Don't know why no one has said this when they mention this location. There is also a chest that spawns just below the Chromite spot sometimes.

Kelpsea in a ranch gives pal fluids and the kelpsea ignis gives flame organs

To grind more bounty tokens catch the bounty instead of killing him then you can butcher them for extra tokens. You can still place 2 oil extractors, the trick is to start on the largest corner. Easiest method for pal fluid is to farm kelpsie

they need to leave the oil extractor glitch alone and bring back catching bosses glitch even if the bosses are weaker its fun having them

Literally the best merchant to capture is the level one wandering that comes into the beginner starting area. He's got it all. The only thing you cant buy from him are the elemental organs which you can get at the settlement by the starting area.

You can send incapacitated Pals into the expedition station, so they can get supplies while recovering.

Pal fluids can also be bought from a wandering trader that visits bases.

Don't forgot to have a group of pals with noble since each one lowers the cost of things you buy but also ups the price of what you sell and if you have two viewing cages one to keep all the vendors and the other to keep pals with noble to swap your group with the only down side to keeping merchant's in the cage if that you need an angle structure to glitches in and out

You can still place two oil refinery on single oil node

You can get high quality oil from that mudfish pal (forgot its name) they added a skill to him to produce pal oil while on a farm so you dont need to buy them anymore

Get a high production Kelpsie and put in a farm, then you will always just have an excess and not have to worry

yeah my biggest gripes with oil exctractors is just how slow they are. it just feels unecessarily bogged down just because you can get oil from the rigs as well. Like, make it worth every ounce of electricity those power hogs suck up by actually making them produce oil at a reasonable pace. I just wish they'd make them 30% faster at minimum.

The 2 extractor trick still works! Did it last week so everyone knows :)

The Oli extractor glitch still works, all you have to do is press Ctrl while putting it down while aiming at the edge of the oil bump to build it on an angle. I have this base set up with 6 extractors on it.

it is honestly best to capture the bounty targets, once captured you can butcher them to get the same amount of bounty tokens. I have been able to get quite alot this way.

Wrong, the fastest automated chromite farm is actually setting up at least 3 nearby expeditions and playing the feybreak cave back to back on 5.51min cd. Nets u around 100-120 chromite per run wo actually doing much (collecting eggs, dropping them in the machine, waiting infront of the butcher cuz only 10 at same time so click click click .. free spot… click)

This however requires a very decent prep in advance regarding ur pals.

Plus: Pal fluid u get from kelpsea at the ranch. No need to go out and collect that.

You can buy pal fluid via a traveling trader that will periodically visit your base
You can also get chromite from the final expedition

Kelsea Regular, can be added to the Ranch now to drop palfluids, and Kelpsea ignus can too for flame organs.
