I am sharing some thoughts on recycling and how we can all make a difference with simple choices.

Meet our family. We are Dustin and Burton, gay dads, and proud parents of our twins, Stone and Holland Buffaloe. We created our family vlog, "Raising Buffaloes," as a resource for all. We are an All American Family, who happen to be gay parents through surrogacy. On our channel, you will see videos of our family adventures and grasp what it's like to raise kids in the south as a gay couple. Our dad vlog captures our parenting and fatherhood journey, but you'll find much more. We open up about our coming out journey, relationship and marriage tips, and how to live life with a little more laughter. We use our voice to shed light and awareness to the LGBTQ+ community, gay rights equality, and opening eyes to others. Family has many definitions, and this is ours. So crazy how many trash Mother Earth. TEACH your children to pick up after themselves! I go to the park to walk my dog, the amount of trash from families that walk away and leave their plastic bottles, wrappers etc blows my mind. There are trash cans everywhere. "Be a hoot, don't pollute"!

Unfortunately, plastic can’t always be avoided, but where it can be, I do. I always have reusable bags with me so that I always have one at hand when I shop anywhere. I also use firm shampoo and shower gel to avoid plastic bottles. Vegetables and fruit are packed in reusable bags made of bamboo. There are many ways plastic can be avoided, although I have to say that where I live in Germany, we separate our waste by organic, plastic, paper and glass and roughly 70-80% of the plastic waste is recycled. According to statistics, Germany is world champion in recycling.

A good argument to make the CRV for plastic a cool $1. A lot of people would return a $1.00 for cash.

Your country property would make a wonderful, peaceful, retreat for young LGBTQ people. Those who graduate from the programs would then become mentors to the others. This is what often happens with Yoga retreats. The elders teach the kids and in turn, the elders and the kids learn together. Intergenerational teachings are important for kids, especially the ones without strong family ties.
