Matt's lifts were all completely clean he made each lift look as easy as each other

Why does no one film weightlifting in a side or 45 angle view. No one cares about front views, I don't want to see the lifter's face as he's lifting, I want to see the barbell path.

These men are all super strong but when you compare it with the Olympic level you can really appreciate how much work the athletes put to make it look easy!

Why does Moorad look like he just walked in off the street and was looking for the party? LOL!

That tie breaker was insane. They both maxed out on cleans and then raced 5 reps at 295 and a sprint. That's straight up crazy. 14:00

Dear comments section, yes professional weightlifters can pull more weight. Tom Brady can also throw a better pass than these guys. I bet Phelps may have them in swimming as well

This is still my favourite event to watch (right next to Event 12 in 2021). I have watched the 2019 documentary countless times for this and I've watched it countless times on YT. Each round has me fired up but Sean saying "Mat town is Mat's. Town." In 2018 and then following up a year later with "Mat's town is STILL Mat's. Town." while Mats just gets me every time!! Gotta love Sean.

This by far still the my favorite event ever done at the games, second is the capital, and the jump roping skill event that eliminated Tia was just dirty and I want more of that! Truly shows who is prepared for anything!

what's crazy is people saying these guys aren't on the same level as Olympic lifters or how crossfit is not a legit sport etc... bro this is by far the most legitimate weight lifting sport imo. in the aspect of a life or death standpoint this is the training that would make you most capable of surviving. it's risky as far as injury goes don't get me wrong but to be able to lift like this run and have endurance? yeah thats got to be the peak of human form.

Wow it’s amazing watching back, these athletes have come a long way, RESPECT!

People who hate on crossfit are just sore bc they know they wont be able to keep up with the workout, they know they’re not as strong, fast, or have enough endurance. The point of crossfit isnt solely to lift as heavy as possible or to get bigger. You can’t judge navy seals training for not giving them enough sleep, too much tension on muscles and joints, or improper forms bc they’re literally too tired. Crossfit is to get fit in every aspect just like the military style training. Those athletes know what they’re doing. I was in the army and i loved crossfit as they were actually helpful to get fit for trainings and stuff. I only do weightlifting now but i still have respect for crossfit.

Lol fun fact. Two years earlier Matt cleaned 385 lbs in an open. This is two years later, he has gotten much stronger he totally knew he had this in the bag. Announcers are pretending they haven’t seen him do higher than 375 haha
