I think that the game should note if the player’s nation is the same as the nation in the round, because I feel like I have probably been reported a few times whenever I get my home city

it would be nice if for the rounds that you mark as insufficient evidence, they give you more rounds from the same game to see if there are some patterns of suspicion. it's always hard to tell from just one round

I genuinely wonder how many of the total reported matches end up being people that are salty that they lost to a pro on a smurf😭

Man I get so nervous when I am dropped in a place and go "oh I know exactly where I am". One time I had a round where I was under a mile from the house I grew up in, luckily there was a sign with the name of the town on it that was visible, but I immediately zoomed right in and clicked and got a 5k. I was like "oh yeah my opponent has to be reporting that"

I'm pretty sure they were all the same player's game? I think at least the first 7 rounds the same player was reported because they nailed every location in a duel and the opponent was tilted - doesn't mean they were cheating though necessarily

the reason you got the same combination of no move and 1300+ elo is because when one player gets reported for multiple rounds in the same match, the rounds the player was reported for get shown to you after another. also the first few rounds were the exact ones Lennli reviewed in his video

The problem with a lot of these replays is that we only see 1 round. Could be a repeat, could be a lucky plonk, could be a place they personally know, etc. If they could compile multiple rounds per player, it would be a better overview of their playstyle.

I think you are correct about the presumption of much higher rated people getting in general higher rated cases... because when I saw people around 1400 rating reviewing cases recently, they were getting players in the range 800 - 1100 rating basically

The plonk onto the instant 5k at 8:49 is a little sus for me. He insta plonked onto the 5k then clicked away to somewhere nearby

"A small chance of scripting" could technically be said for literally every single round. Even if you were rating your own games you'd end up with the same conclusion. I think the point of the "scripting" option is more for rounds where the person literally just immediately plonks down the exact place without even looking for anything relevant on the screen. But even in this case what could happen is that they got a location they are actually familiar with, I mean we see pros 5k all the time like that and we don't think they're scripting.

I'm very happy if pros cannot judge low level players. I still remember when you said gold players can't know Viennese street signs and it makes me self conscious about getting reported whenever I can read signs in Cyrillic at my low level
