Mans is smart, not interrupting. JJ has to pry everything out & that girl just digs a deeper hole for herself.

This is the very reason not to have children with just anybody.

I want to cry for this father. To be searching for your child for a year. To know she was close but couldn't find her. Idc if the parents are toxic, he clearly loves his daughter. Enough to bring the mother to court. Disgusting

The man demonstrates how to act in the court. Only speak when spoken to 🙌👏

JJ is one of the rare venues where the world gets to witness custody struggles from the father's POV. The unnecessary chaos some mother's inflict, by using the child as a revenge tool. One of the many reasons I appreciate Judge Judy.

Mr.aragon is the most respectful plaintiff I have ever seen.

She basically admitted that she abused the system to get a restraining order instead of doing the right thing. What a piece of garbage, so glad I don't have kids.

You can see Judge Judy's family court experience come out, she exactly knows what happens next.

the man has enough self control to not interrupt and stand still. he only responds when necessary. im starting to doubt the mother's claim of starvation.

Judge judy is pretty much the only mainstream television source where men actually get a fair hearing. Most shows always take the woman's side because it's better for the ratings.

I am really finding it hard to believe the defendant in this case. If a child is saying that they haven't eaten all day, I would think that would be grounds for an immediate hearing. Any judge that is worth their salt would want to have that hearing. I don't really buy her excuses. And it makes it seem to me like this was some sort of retributive action because he did something that she didn't like. I guess we'll find out in the next part.

It’s refreshing that Judge Judy starts these cases with the opinion that BOTH parents have equal rights in raising children.

The TRO move instead of going the CPS route was deliberate. She couldn't coach her daughter well enough to corroborate her claims of starvation, so she used the legal route that would require the least amount of testimony from her daughter.

If he really didn’t feed the child for an entire day she would have called CPS. But she knew it would have been investigated and they’d find out it was all bs. That’s why she went the way she did.

My youngest is 17 and complains to everyone that I don’t feed her.

I make food but she doesn’t eat 🤷🏼‍♂️

God the finding out about the protective order at school is horrible. I’ve been on the school employee end of it. Always ends with a crying parent.

I wanna see JJ cross examine Amber Heard!

Imagine your BD being an amazing father to their child but you just don't like the BD anymore so you take the child away from their loving father 😬😬😬

I am so thankful that judge Judy is in favor for fathers. Mother's need to stop thinking they have more rights than the man. (And I'm a single mom that is just now having father wanting to come in after 8 years and completely accepting of him and his life. That's what's best for my son and him. We aren't together but there's no reason we can't look out for eachother

I love it when Judy stands up for father’s rights, because no other judges seem to do so
