With over 25 million views and counting this video has certainly touched a large audience. Beautifully animated, this video started as a Kickstarter by the two animators at Ringling College of Art + Design and has now it’s exceeded beyond it’s initial $5000 goal with over 400 backers!

I love In A heartbeat, people saying it wasn't necessary to make it LGBT related deeply offends me. Being someone who's gay, we always get frowned upon, just like the kids in the short looking at the boys like "Eww, he's gay. The school should expell him". Some call this boring from one point of view, I see the film as a heartwarming story from my point of view, regardless of what other people think. I am proud to be gay #wearepride

I kind of knew Beth, one of the animators, we were in the Sherlock fandom together for years. I'm so happy things are going well for her, she's so nice and talented :') The characters were actually named after Sherlock and John!
