NCL Prima Cruise Food Review - Indulge Food Hall

On my recent NCL Prima cruise I was able to experience a new cruise food innovation. Indulge Food Hall used technology to deliver a quick and delish cruise food experience. In this video, I provide a walk though of the experience so you know what to expect!

I’m loving this concept. No long lines. No kids and adults doing nasty things at the buffet. No rude people cutting the line in a buffet And possibly.. lower food waste . Yeah I’m loving this ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I'm a single mom that wants to cruise, and I think this kind of dinning would help out cruisers like me. I can order from the table while keeping my child out of trouble or keep them occupied and we still have basically buffet selection

I think this is pretty awesome. We are booked on the Prima in December. As far as game changers go, I still think the Medallion on princess is more of a game changer. You can order food and drinks pretty much anywhere and it’s delivered to you. No paper receipts to sign, can order drinks/snacks while playing trivia, on deck, in your room. Can order from specialty restaurants.

That system of ordering/delivering food seems perfect to me! Love the way you can view the dish before ordering and….NO LINES! :-)

We just returned from the Prima a couple of weeks ago and went to the Indulge Food hall almost everyday for lunch. The first day was a disaster because we didn’t realize our tablet wasn’t working. After 15+ minutes, we asked for help, and from that point on, we couldn’t eat our food fast enough. Dishes were being brought to the table every 2-3 minutes. This was our favorite lunch spot!

The different food stations made the area seem a bit cramped, but then again, their proximity to the tables is what makes it fast.

That was very impressive. Not only from how quickly the food arrived but also the great variety of choices. This will cut down on food waste and is a much needed improvement on cleanliness found around buffets

Oh wow… I think NCL's cutting edge food service in the buffet is awesome… And I wish every cruise line would do exactly that… Would love to experience it myself… I've never been on NCL... thanks so much for this video. I really enjoyed it.!!

Personally, I love that idea. I think it would cut down on waste and the folks who aren't quite so careful when they are selecting things from a buffet.

We were on the Prima for 11 days in November. Indulge Food Hall was by far our favorite place to eat! The food was so good, fast, fresh, and super tasty. The Indian food was SO GOOD!

Love the place, the food and the unlimited amount of things you can try. The only drawback is having to get your own place to sit, when we went it took close to 20 minutes and countless trips walking around the hall to finally find a table.

I just returned from a cruise on the Prima. I loved the food options! It was so much easier to pick food and eat whatever I wanted. I loved the menus and it felt like I was going out to dinner every night…the specialty restaurants were amazing!
