In this video I show how new Jura E8 (Generation 3, model year 2020) is brewing Long Black. First comes an espresso shot (25-240 ml adjustable, P.E.P. mode is off), then hot water (0-240 ml adjustable) is added on top. Hot water is delivered through separated third nozzle (hot water outlter). That's new feature that was introduced on Jura E8 model year 2020 (not to be confused with older Jura E8 2016). Cheers!

This is not a Long black. You don't know what you're talking about.
This is a long Americano maybe, but is pointless to make it like this.
The Long Black it's the reverse of the Americano. First the hot water is added, then the espresso.
It's not even a Longo, coz that is a bigget amount of water brewed.

Hi ! I just bought the new E8 but mine doesnt show the coffe drink names, it just displays the icon. Can i get to show the names of every drink ?

The original recipe at Z10 for Lungo Barista is 120ml coffee with 100ml water wtf 😳
