Ingredients for fajitas :
Chicken
Medium shrimp
Steak
Bell peppers (green, red, yellow, orange,
Yellow onion
Corn tortillas
Flour tortillas
Salsa (mild)
Romaine lettuce
Mexican shredded cheese
Seasoning ingredients :
Wet ingredients
1. Olive oil
Dry ingredients :
1. Garlic powder
2. Onion powder
3. Mesquite seasoning
4. Black pepper
5. Himalayan salt
How to cook :
In a large bowl, whisk together 1⁄2 cup oil, mesquite seasoning, red pepper flakes and . Season chicken and steak with salt and pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then add to bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate in the fridge at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours. During this time, prepare and preheat your grill
When ready to cook, heat remaining tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and steak and grill, rotating on both sides of the meat until golden and cooked through, 8 minutes per side. Let rest 10 minutes, then slice into strips.
Add bell peppers and onion to skillet and cook until soft, 5 minutes. Add chicken and steak and toss until combined. Serve with tortillas.
