it’s very important to state that, ALL DTF companies have different temps, pressure, and peel instructions. Some are hot peel and some are cold peel. Always follow each company’s dtf instructions.

Also do you need a special printer?
I am able to get the dtf transfer film.
Yet what printer is needed to print my own designs.
I have a heat press as well.

I love DTF but hadn't heard of pressing them with a heat protector. The last batch I ordered gave me a bit of a hassle to get on my shirts, this could be why and now I will be sure to could be why.

Now in your video it appears that you already have a Teflon sheet attached to your press with magnets so do you mean an additional sheet isn't required or is your press lacking the existing one that is usually on the upper platen?

And what’s the difference between dtf and htv? I use my cricut mostly to make foraging boxes for my parrots.

I've watched videos of people doing DTF, and they said when they washed it, it fades. So I was hesitant about doing DTF.
