In this tutorial video, I will quickly guide you on how you can set up Siri to read text messages out loud on your iPhone.

1) Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2) Look for the Accessibility setting and tap on it
3) At the top, tap on the Spoken Words option
4) Simply enable the toggle next to "Speak . . ."
5) Open any text message on your iPhone.
6) Long press and hold on to it to enable some options
7) Tap on Speak to make Siri read text messages out loud
8) Else. you could also swipe down from the top of the screen.

I have iPhone 15pm. While playing music with headphones and I get a text message, I can barely hear the message being read out to me. Is it a way to turn up Siri volume that’s reading the message?
