Climaveneta for Officine Grandi Riparazioni

Показать описание
Built between 1885 and 1895, OGR represents significant proof of Turin's industrial past. The complex, that covers an area of 200,000 square meters, was originally used for locomotive and wagon repair and maintenance. A second project lends to the completion of the structure and general adaptation of the building to host exhibitions, activities and services during the celebrations of the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy. The project of the renewal assigned to Climaveneta was to re-function the OGR into a new exhibition centre for art and culture, and renew host activities and services and therefore, be open to the public. The air conditioning project tests the modification limits of existing assets, summarizing all the possible technological innovations in relation to the context and the specific requirements of the site. For this installation Climaveneta has designed a system based on 3 NECS-N reversible units, designed to fully satisfy any application and installation requirements. This choice was motivated by the need to provide the maximum overall quality and energy efficiency. The units are easy to install thanks to their compact size, versatility and ability to integrate with all of Climaveneta's monitoring systems.
