VDJ 8- The Automix Feature and its limitations

As a DJ who loves Virtual DJ one of the biggest challenges is defending the software to those who think that VDJ is a "amature DJs" program because of the AUTOMIX feature. I took the time to explain how THIS IS NOT THE CASE and really show how AUTOMIX works, how it should be used, as well as highlight the known limitations of this feature.

thank you for sharing with me, you are the best. I have my auto mix set wrong. My white lines are so close to the beginning of the song it mixes with about 20 seconds into the song. any advice?

what are the key board short cuts you are using for contrlling pause and start of deck 1 and deck 2

Great tracks! Where do you get them? I like the mixes because they don't seem too much like EDM's (unless you have some POI's setup to skip over those sections). Alot of the mixes I find have too much beat drops. I love them, but need to edit to shorten up the song and skip a few here and there. Thanks for tutorial!

Not sure if your still around since this is older post but is there a way in the automix that it wont change the key of the next song. Ive noticed it does not work well if you pick a song thats not close
