My husband is an airline pilot and typically gone for 3-4 days at a time. When our kids were little, we had him record himself reading stories to them that they would watch nonstop on the tv when he was on the road. A great way to stay close.

I Love your family and ALL you are able to share. I especially would like to thank you for sharing your struggles with anxiety as a teenager. I do believe the Lord allows us to go through different struggles for a reason, for His purpose, but I also believe having a strong Christian program or person is often extremely important. I’ve experienced a lot of trauma in my life, the worst was having my 14 year old daughter murdered. Thus, I’ve had a lot of good counseling and the Lord used it to bring me much heart healing, and, ultimately, to draw closer to Him. God can heal anything but I believe it’s extremely important to have a safe person to talk to because there are too many people that bury their pain and then it comes out in ways that hurt themselves and/or others. May God continue to use your music to minister to many.
