Multiple dashcam videos show two vehicles involved in a road rage incident that happened on a Dallas highway.

A little before 1:45 p.m. on March 1, 2024, a driver in Dallas captured video of a truck with a flatbed trailer and SUV involved in road rage on an overpass between I-35E and I-635. The driver shared it on his Instagram account, @sookmiyagi. The driver of the truck also shared his dashcam video of the incident.

In part of the dashcam video, the SUV driver appears to be brake-checking in front of the truck and trying to keep the truck driver from getting around him.

When the truck drives into the left lane trying to get around the SUV, the SUV then veers to the left as well and crashes into the truck. As the truck continues to drive forward, the flatbed trailer rips the bumper off the SUV before driving away.

After these videos were posted, the driver of the SUV reached out to WFAA through social media and shared video of what appears to be what happened before the videos that went viral.

In that video, the truck driver looks to be changing from the left lane to the right lane without leaving enough room between the SUV driver and the truck in front of him. The truck's trailer appears to clip the left side of the SUV based on the shaking of the vehicle's dashcam video.

The SUV then drives into the left lane, trying to get around the truck. However, the truck driver moves into the left lane as well, driving past the left edge of the lane and leaving very little room between the SUV and the edge of the highway.

This looks to be what led to the dashcam video initially posted to Instagram.

The radio station and the road rage make this feel right out of GTA

That SUV driver just learned the physics of plastic vs steel.

I was not expecting the second dashcam video from inside the truck with the trailer

The level of narcissism to stop on a busy highway endangering many other lives is off the charts.

Never use a plastic bumper to pick a fight with a construction trailer.

Almost totaling your own car to bump someone else's trailer has to be one of the worst ways to try and flex your road dominance.

Officer: Did you get his plate?

Truck driver: * holds up entire bumper *

The SUV stopping on the side expecting the truck driver to stop also so they can report the accident is the funniest part of the video

SUV: 35% damage.
Truck and trailer: Flawless victory.

Once you start blocking the other cars path, and don't let them leave, it no longer matters who started it.

I’m sure that escalated far past the SUV drivers expectations. Really have to wonder how people think things are going to work out when they do something like this.

If I was driving the pickup I would keep driving until I had police presence. Psycho driver in SUV could have a gun.

It’s crazy that people are willing to destroy their cars over road rage with a person they’ll probably never see again.

The mini-SUV driver apparently doesn't know "The Lug Nut Rule."
The one with the most lug nuts wins the fight. Always.

The reason why we will never experience peace, people will always behave like this.

Fact that dashcams aren’t standard like seatbelts in cars is crazy.

Good to have a dash cam in situations like this.
