This has got to be the most chill performance of Exeunt I've ever seen

This gave me a chance to really appreciate how beautiful Tyler's voice is. I found the band through Dear Wormwood, and on the album Maggie gets a chance to shine and show off her singing in songs with minimal backing like Pale White Horse and Solider, Poet, King. However, the songs where Tyler takes the lead vocally - Exeunt, Thus Always to Tyrants, even Dear Wormwood - have either other vocals or a lot of backing mixing in. And they sound beautiful, but it meant it was difficult to really understand just how wonderful Tyler's singing is on it's own. In this version of Exeunt, however, his voice gets a chance to shine on its own, and I'm glad for it.

This entire video was beautiful, and just conveys this wonderful sense of peace.

The way Exuent falls into Like the Dawn caught me so off guard (in a good way). Cuz Exuent is like celebrating get out of a bad relationship, but Like the Dawn is grieving the loss of something that started out good. Made me cry.

Its cool to discover a band that wrote a whole album of the pain of my abuse that makes me feel a sense of closing the book

I was sleeping in the garden when I saw you first
He'd put me deep, deep under so that he could work
And like the dawn you broke the dark and my whole earth shook
I was sleeping in the garden when I saw you

At last, at last
Bones of my bones and flesh of my flesh, at last

You were the brightest shade of sun I had ever seen
Your skin was gilded with the gold of the richest kings
And like the dawn you woke the world inside of me
You were the brightest shade of sun when I saw you

And you will surely be the death of me
But how could I have known?

Oh, Just floating in my mind when i enjoy the

That transition between songs was so smooth and satisfying. Such an amazingly talented band, and both of their voices are just stunning!
I could go on about them for hours tbh.

Half the comments are talking about how incredible and emotional these songs/this performance was and half of them are about d&d

I was all alone, we were young, you were like wine
Heady as the fog rolling in o'er the hillside
Lovely as the song in the air as the wind blows
Opiate as the cold of the frost on the windows
Lo, the rose is gone from my eyes (so deceiving)
So, my little dove, I'm afraid I am leaving

Now, I am not the fool I was when I was younger
Crocodile eyes, I have seen how you hunger
Fluttering your lashes, like ashes and embers
Warm and bright as fire devouring timber
No, I cannot trust what you say when you're grieving
So, my love, I'm sorry, but still: I am leaving

Even when you hunt me with ire, relentless
Batter down my door when you find me defenseless
I will not abide all your raging and reaving
I have set my mind and my will: I am leaving

Its totally mad the oh

One of my top 5 favorite bands of all time... Voices + Lyrics + Raw Emotion + Solid Instrumentals = Pure Joyful Music

Your music takes me back to another time, a half remembered dream - a better World through liberation of the mind - renewed respect for Mother Earth - a brother/sisterhood of Peace and Love - the answers seem so clear at 19. I love your spirit. Thanks for the beautiful songs - this is my favorite so far.
