Can you do a video about planning? For example how do you plan the year out? Are you expected to make a timetable and are you in complete control of what topics they do and when or is this decided for you?

I'm in my final degree year before going to, some sort of, teacher training and I'm loving your videos. I read a book recently (Can I Go and Play Now?) that I loved the ethos of but it's completely freaked me out and I suddenly don't feel like I'm going to be cut out for planning engaging play based provision when I finally get to the classroom. I'd love to hear how you got on when you first got your classroom and if you felt overwhelmed.

I'm wondering what extra activities they can do at home to get along and progress easier.

Hey just wanted to know if I’m on the right track to becoming a reception teacher. Currently studying with the open university, it will take 4-6 years for me to get my degree, then I’m planning on getting my qts and eyitt degrees. Is there anything else? And how do I find jobs specifically for teaching reception classes? Has anyone else done this yet sometimes feels a bit overwhelming it would be nice to swap stories with someone :)
